Recommended Posts

doing a refresh on the 1uz....stripping down to the bare block and replacing all gaskets and cleaning everything...

doing some modifications, not a lot.,...just complete new exhaust and inlet/intake setup. I was thinking about using head studs instead bolts...like ARP...overkill, but why not whilst im in there...

what are good brands and good places to get them from? i rekon dealer will be way to expensive.

and advice at all will be appreciated.

The reason is macro economics ,the US Ls400 range outsold the Uk sales by a very large margin (tens of thousands ) therefore there is a sustainable after sales market, not so here in the Uk. Most of the parts have to be sourced through the dealerships and are mainly OEM which makes them expensive.
