Multimedia Problems Again!

So, as I posted last week, I've had my IS300h for just over a month now and the mutimedia system is playing up again!

First time it lost my maps and satnav function as I was driving into London (luckily I had a good idea where I was going).

After a softwear update all appeared fine until it started losing my ipod connection via the USB in the armrest.

After some helpful advice from Colin on this forum on how to perform a reset (press and hold the volume button for 5+ seconds) all seemed ok again.

On Friday evening however it froze again. The map stuck on, the menu button didn't work, the volume control didn't work, the steering wheel buttons didn't work and neither did the reset as mentioned above.

I am now waiting to hear back from my local dealers as to when it can go back in for the secon time in a month.

So far I am a bit disappointed with Lexus ownership to say the least.

Anyone else had similar issues to this? How was it resolved if indeed it was?
