My Sony Z1 compact phone updated itself to Android 5 Lollipop last night.

Today for the first time a text message was received on the ice screen and the voice read it out.

I was pretty pleased seeing as I didn't do anything to any of the car settings.

It certainly didn't work with Android Kitkat.
