2024 sat nav vs 2021 sat nav
I have just traded in my 2021 ES 300h F sport for a brand new 2024 model F sport. On the old car when I input a destination I could search for POI's near destination, such as car parks, the new system doesn't seem to offer this, I consider this a major downgrade, does anyone know how to search for car parks near a chosen destination?
Bluesman
I was just thinking, but what ever happened to bluesman? Hr hasnt been on this forum for ages
Michelin Cross Climate 2’s fitted today- good price @ Costco
As above, if anyone is needing some all seasons for their NX, just had 4 fitted at Costco for £508, including balancing, fitting and nitrogen. Had my 3rd service and first MOT at the weekend and that flagged the fronts were down to 2mm. Main dealer price to fit was north of £700, so a good saving to be had at the minute.
Spark Plugs Change RX450H
Well today I bit the bullet and changed the spark plugs on my gen 3 RX , not a lot of fun but quite doable if you’ve got the time. Followed a very good video on u-tube It took about 5hours the only difficult bits were removing and refitting a couple of bolts at the back of the engine near the bulkhead (trouble is I’ve got very big hands!) comparing old with new ……..was it necessary at 65000?? lots of bits to take off!
Returning Member - It's been a while! GS300h F-Sport
Hey folks, Been around the Lexus brand for many years now having worked for them for a lengthy period up to 7 years ago. Recent job move has seen me in the market for a car of my own so the hunt was on for a GS (gen 3) in hybrid form, and preferably an F-Sport or a Premier, in a nice colour. Found advertised 230 miles away a 2014 model GS 300h F-Sport in Crimson Red pearl, with Mark Levinson Hi-Fi and only 41k miles with total Lexus history from day one. Collected at the week
IS 300h 2017 Inner Tie Rod Thread Size
Hi, My 2017 IS300h inner tie rod adjustment nut has virtually seized solid and is making accurate tracking nearly impossible. My local mechanic contacted Lexus regarding getting the part and they have said it's an entire steering rack replacement for €1300 + VAT and fitting. That's utter madness considering I can see spurious parts for sale online. Does anyone know the thread diameter and pitch of the inner tie rod? We are thinking of taking It off and cleaning the threads with a
