Changinging The Ecu On A Lexus Is200

Hi im new to the site and brought a is200 a couple months ago, i got 2 keys with it 1 of which was the master key but it is now lost!!! i heard its very expensive to get a new key if you have lost the master keys so i was wondering if it was worth buying a second hand ecu unit and all the key barrels and keys off eBay and getting some1 to swap them over. Does anyone know if this is a good idea and would it save me money? and also is it just as simple as swapping the parts around or would the ecu have to be re programmed.
