Spot on Fargo, I had mine whole install done there, in fact it's going back for more, they took 2 days just to add the sound deadening to the car, it appears to be everywhere, I had brown bread then dynamat extreme over the top of it!! rolls and rolls of the stuff, every bit of the car appears to be done, and I can deffinitely say that there are NO reverberations on the car anywhere. Si

Some may be but not all, I can bet that myself & at c will be on the track when both the cars are finished and I would imagine Zee and a few others would be up for it? Si :P

Thought i'd pop my head round the door and say hi to you all again, been about 8 weeks since I was around, that pesky thing called work had me a bit tied up for a while, luckily it has quietened off a touch now and I don't have to zoom round the country. I got back today from a mad stop round every Police force in the UK to find my car featured in Banzai on page 110 !!!!! Mad! Anyway the Turbo conversion is still going ahead the turbo has been chosen, the manifold begins soon, the pipe work is going to be fabricated, the intercooler is already here, the guages are already here and a few other goodies are on their way. The ICE install has had a couple of small updates, I have the new flip paint in the shop but I still can't decide on the colour, the street neon is in my garage - So things are progressing as you can see Hope your all keeping well and I should be about a touch more now - Sorry to those of you who have PM'd me I will get a reply out to you as soon as Cheers Si

Stage one will be a simple manifold boost controller fuel pump fuel lines turbo fuel regulator etc. Stage two is the low compression engine, pistons rods, MoTeC M800 etc running 1.5 or 1.6 bar boost, then depending on what they say progressive Nos on top. It will still be a LONG way off Matt's monster but it will keep me happy for now. And as for a progress report, hang on it doesn't even start till JAE si

Just thought i'd pop my head back on here, I haven't died I am still alive it's just work is a swine. although I have made time to plot out the stage 1 & 2 of the conversion. The manifold is in progess and the turbo is easy of the shelf. A friendly tuning company is able to get the pistons and rods and the boost should be knocked up to 1.5 bar. initially I will be running 0.5 bar (275 bhp) then the boost will go up to 1.5 bar (c 525bhp) Can't wait although the Matts Insane Monster is in the pipeline that will over shaddow it somewhat :o Si

Sorry have to disagree strongly, you dont even notice, providing you are using the double DIN set up, I have had it in the car for 7 months now with my set up and I never even notice the different finish, people that get in the car don't notice either unless you point it out Si

I'd agree mate - I got married last year and foolishly said to the in laws that we would pay for the wedding ourselves - Don't do it if someone wants to pay let them - that s the best advice I can give
