    Hello ladies, I've been little quiet for a while now. Sorry for that but I've been searching for a tidy new motor to replace the Fiat ****ty Punto, for something a little more fun. A nice way to compliment the Lexus I feel :winky: So I've found and picked up an '01 WRX with some nice mods, but a standard engine. I sooooooo love it! What a fantastic car for the money. I know it's not a Lexus, but I thought i'd share it with you :winky:

    Thought as much..... Matt, you definitely need a sports exhaust system to reduce the risk of exiting the car with the engine running and having some twoccer drive it away. I agree! Now convince my misses of that will you :winky: I'm off to Japan in January, maybe i should just pick one up and put it in my luggage lol

    Now I see! but the makeup in your avatar pic is a little scary :winky: It's no bad thing having a HD telly ready to go with no HD. Soon the prices will drop to a decent level and there will be more channels. The xbox 360 in full HD is pretty darn good, but only if you like the games in the first place lol. I'd be lost without my xbox! I know it's sad for a 34 yr old geezer, but nevermind it keeps me out of the pub :winky: matt = matt

    Save your money - convince the misses you need a 360 Elite and then check out Bio-Shock in full HD!!! AWESOME :winky: but with Sky Sports HD, you can see individual faces in the crowd during a game of footy!!! It's a bit weird to start with, but very very cool. Some of the films shown in HD are mighty impressive. I love it........ But be careful with the 'foreign' call centre you have to use when buying! we've ended up paying twice? I won't go into it, but i think we've paid for the customer before us...... and that is on-going to get it sorted.....

    This morning - wasted 20 mins watching a cow in a field!!! weird :winky: but you can see the individual blades of grass! and even the dew on that grass...... weird but awesome!

    Yeah anyway! nothing wrong with the sunrise! the colours and details is fantastic.... :shutit: number of channels - 2 sports, 2 movies, 2 movie (pay), sky one, history, discovery, BBC and a few others i don't really watch, i'll get the exact numbers tonight. I paid £200 for the HD box and to have my sky plus moved upstairs, then an extra £10 a month.

    Does the car still lock then when the engine's running? ive always wanted to know what happens when the engine is running and you go away with the key..does it cut out? lock? I've wondered the same. I've walked about 10 yards away from it and then went back... i'm pretty sure it won't let you lock the doors, but i'll try it tonight....

    It's awesome fella, both me and the misses love it. It's surprising what channels you watch! You may and will laugh at this but..... sitting there watching a sun rise on discovery in HD is amazing. the colours, quality! awesome.... just make sure your telly has got what it takes and you select HD on the telly, or look like a numpty when the misses says 'it's rubbish!'. You should go and check it out for yourself. i love sky sports..... IMO, it's well worth the money......

    I've just got my HD and for the first 30 mins thought it was rubbish! I then realised that i hadn't selected the HD input (AV4 on my Sony) on the TV!!! What a numpty....... The picture is now awesome!!!!!!! Sky HD rocks! My 2 year old 32" sony has a far supior picture to the new 42" Panasonic I bought that was supposed to be replacing it!!! The pana is now the 360 Xbox TV :winky:

    I'm sick of getting out of the Lexus and forgetting to turn the engine off!!!!! :tsktsk: I'm so used to driving my rather loud diesel Grande Punt, that to the misses amusement i now keep forgetting to turn off the engine in the Lexus! It's only the misses laughter and the constant beeping that stops me from just walking away My *** is it quiet!!!! Time for a new exhaust i feel............ :winky: M

    where on the passenger side was the rattle? Hey fella! It was located where the passenger seat belt is located. No exacting area, but the guys at lexus packed it out and it is sorted now.
