  1. Real or fake, that had to be one of the best adverts I have seen in a long long time. I was in a room of 5 people getting ready for the GP and absolutely eveerybody was sitting in silence watching the advert to see what happened next. Very clever, well put together and bound to win an award for something.... Would I buy a Honda...... Not a chance
  2. OK Now I feel really stupid, I can just share C:|WINDOWS\TASKS\ and copy it accross....
  3. Thought I'd pop over from TOC as there seem to be more IT bods in here than we have back there... I'm in the process of migrating a number of systems to run of the one box but have run into a snag, hoping someone on here can offer some advice... I need to copy a ton of Scheduled Tasks from one 98 box onto another, I can't find a way to highlight and copy and was thinking the following, not sure it would work though... If I create a shortcut to Scheduled Tasks to another location it can be shared, once it's shared I can copy to the new host, once copied can I then just drag them onto the new machine's scheduled task list... Would that work ?? If not what's the file extension for scheduled tasks and what directory do they sit in ? Any idea's :) Give me back my UNIX boxes anyday....
  4. LOL I didn't want to say anything, Im glad someone else did it for me :D
  5. What do you mean 'could be', it'll be a great day out :)
  6. I've finally got around to putting all the photo's up on the web, theres a good few more than the ones I posted (not many lexi I'm afraid). I haven't changed them just created a very basic web page with thumbnails which will link to the 1024x768 image.... Enjoy... Complete Gaydon Photo's
  7. I've quit, quitting.... For now anyway....
  8. Thanks L... After a very quiet and boring day in the office finally sourced one which should be with me next week, now just need the rest of the stuff which will be alot easier to get hold of :D
  9. Must be all the BK's or Maccy D's at the services you stop at B)
  10. Sorry guys didn't manage to get that many photo's on the Lexus side, too many people around the car :D This is all I got.... For when you get bored... Few Lexi Really not sure about that colour... Love the SC430... As above... Not forgetting the Soarers.... And couldn't not have one of Steve without food....(photoshop anyone?)
  11. After seeing the RC Model at Gaydon I've been looking for an Mr2 body, unfortunately so far I've only been able to find this Lexus... http://www.hpi-europe.com/graphics/bodies/med/7346.jpg Anyone know any good RC Body sites ?
  12. Where do you guys get your RC models and do you know if they do and MR2, would be amusing to get a TOC/LOC RC challenge up and running....
  13. Honey I'm home, ewe'll never guess what the flock I've been doing today
  14. I'll have to edit this post on monday with the photo of you stuffing you mouth on that baguette and say were not surprised :D :D :D
  15. Translateed by one of the Japanese flatmates is a advert for welcoming in the Chinese Year of the Sheep. Although... 'F*ck this cars quick but Tokyo to Cardiff in 6.2 is absoluelty mad....'
  16. Thank *** it wasn't only me who'se feeling the effects of a day in the sun, unfortunately I can't see the effects of the sun which would have made what Im sure will be a painful day tomorrow :( But, on the brighter side, it was defiantely worth it a good turn out by all nice to see so many of the club out even if we couldn't get spots right next to each other, there were some lovely Lexi there although not to sure about the purpley/gold glitter jobby parked on the grass. Zee's looked the puppies plums, first time I've seen that kit on a Lexus and looked just as good under the hood as well... Although the little rc car was probably more in my league :D :D :D Good to see steve was as punctual as ever....
  17. Not just me looking forward to it then....
  18. Had mine valeted outside yesterday went down to the garage this morning to use the vacum, it's so dry the car is already gathering dust... Hopefully will blow off on the way up there tomorrow. For the people at the services if they've polished there car I can see a number of people spraying their cars and blow drying them on the motorway :D :D
  19. you got anyone else in convoy with you Steve, will add the Steamboat to the list above...
  20. Hiya... Don't post on here much (can't recall if I ever have !!). A couple of us over on the TOC forum are meeting up at the services Junction 10, M40 at 9.15am Sunday morning to arrive at the Musuem at the same time... So far we have: Nicola - MR2 Me - MR2 Graham - MR2 Anon (Poss) - MR2 Dan - Yaris T Jerry - Yaris T Steambost Willy (oops, I mean Steve) - Windom Posisbly 2x Sera's as well... Just wondered if any of the LOC group would be around at that time and fancied meeting up at the same time ??? Be nice to finally have a TOC/LOC meet with more than 2 or 3 Toyota's...
  21. Don't normally post on here as predominantly TOC but thought I'd throw another spanner in the works for this particular post.... I used to drive extensively for work all around the country and agree that bad driving isn't anything to do with race, there are just a large number of bad drivers out there. The comment which caught me was that off the majority of bad drivers appear to be foreign, IMHO it would unfortunately be more likely that the larger number of bad foreign drivers would more likely to be caused by foreigners driving in Britain being more likely to be the targets of the police. Just my 2p.....
  22. How about copying this idea across to TOC Steve, we have enough members and a good variety of cars there so could be an interesting way to try and build up the user base as people stumble accross the reviews.
