I have a genuine Toyota one on my Altezza.......so why not Lexus Novelty wears off.....good if you live in colder climates.....

My pet hate is drivers on B roads who don't indicate to pull out to overtake........but after overtaking......then indicate to pull in....??? It's a two lane road, did they think i thought they were going to continue driving on the wrong side....MUPPETS

India...has to be the worst, never drove there myself ( wouldn't want to ), there was a programme on the telly a few years back about driving in India, well it was shocking, Size matters!....if you drive a motorbike you will have to give way to cars, if you drive a car you must give way to vans, Vans give way to truck, and trucks to buses or bigger artics.........example of give way...bus trying to pass a truck on narrow dirt covered road with cars approaching....cars pulled in fast knowing the bus was " on a mission" to pass the truck....crazy! Another part was coming down a very steep mountain road with no barriers to be seen, 20 cars and other vehicles all lined up like a train, in almost pitch darkness.....why?.....because the guy in front was the only one with working lights....... The presenter was in a taxi at one stage and inquired about the cars brakes as it seemed to take forever to stop....well he said most cars have only drum brakes as the last thing you want is for someone to be able to stop faster than you, looking at the amount of dents on the car he knew what he was talking about. Finally the presenter asked why people were not afraid of serious accidents......and he was told it didn't matter if you got killed as you would be "re-incarnated" tomorrow..........

My wife in an A-class hit a deep pothole awhile back and although everything looked ok, a few days later bulges started to appear on the tyre side walls on the front and back passenger side, had to change them.....i be worried for your tyres considering the impact....especially low profiles...had to be pinched

His first set are damaged...... worth asking TDI if they sell them individually?

Hello & welcome ( i really should be in Bed) Now i'm a relative newbie myself but i did spend alot of time researching the IS200 before i went an bought an Altezza..... It will really depend on the year you go for as well...... All have the same engine - 6 cylinder 153 bhp All manuals are 6 speed, autos 4 speed The S is the entry model, no leather, no sunroof, No sat nav, basic 16" alloys, no amp - 6 speakers The SE is your Executive, electric sunroof, sat nav , leather seats option, better stereo The sport model is slightly lowered and has standard 17" alloys ( nice), electric sunroof, sat nav option, better stereo, nice sports pedals too, some sports will already have a boot spoiler It will really depend on the year, milage and any extras, but the S should be the cheapest and the sport the dearest Personally I'd go for a sport with those lovely half leather seats ! good hunting But if you want a bit of extra zoom, get an Altezza RS200 ( 210 bhp manual standard, 200 bhp Auto tiptronic ). :D or an IS300 with 211 bhp auto only !
