Good morning guys n gals, well i finally got home yesterday after another 13weeks of floatin around between spain and dubai, gettin chased by pirates also goin through the gulf of aiden!! It feels like i aint been on here in ages, only 106 PAGES of post to flick through haha!! Well i guess thats what happens when you dissapear for a quarter of the year lol. So anyhting interesting happened since ive been away? Im hoping everyone had a really nice Christmas and an enjoyable New Year, i was working till 10am Xmas day after just leaving Jeddah, what fun, but i did manage to smuggle a case of booze and a few bottles of Jack (im on a dry ship too) on board in Dubai for us to have a few drinks on xmas, anyway a few led to a few of us gettin hammered and forgettin to clear all evidence away and left a few cans under the xmas tree....oooppss hahaha!! Also New Year was s&^t, i was just outside of Italy and i was unable to get ashore for a party :( so i was not a happy bunny!! Also to top things off i was denide by immigration, when trying to leave Dubai on Sunday morning, for a mistake in my passport, which said i had supposidly been in the UAE for nearly 300days which i certainly had not, so that was another day messing about sorting out that haha!! All fun and games, i did however manage another nite in the hotel at the companys expense!!!! So sorry for not being able to make it to Teeside to meet up with Janey and Barry, also Chris if you did make it?? I was gutted bout that!! Anyway ive decided im goin on the sick this time home so i can spend some time relaxing lol, maybe get some work done on the house ive now owned over a year and not even lived in it yet!! Also the lexus is parked up lookin all sad for itself as its in need of a service, a clean, and a run lol!! Oh but most important to get the bloody charger on it!! Anyway hey again to everyone!! Well im back from a short trip away this time and i have taken the oppertunity to buy my mams old car as she has just had it replaced by an Audi Cab 3.2 V6....(not jealous at all :tsktsk: lol) Anyway so im gettin her old VW Passat 1.8 Turbo (Petrol) So the Lexus maybe parked up for a lil while, i mean it will still be insured and taxed so i can take it out when i wanna rattle my bones haha!! But also with having another car now i maybe able to get the S/C fitted as its taken a while haha!! Anyway dont know how long i'll be back for but im still hopin to get down to Teeside to see Barry n Janie when there up!! Oh yeah aslo got an engaement party that weekend down there so if im a lil hungover u know why ;) Chris

Well hello there guys n gals, Aint been on much this time home but i thought i'd just give a quick shout to say im alive still.....just haha!! Anyway im back off to sea so im gonna be missing this months JAE, really gutted on this one, was lookin forward to it as always and whoever is goin for their first time, you will enjoy yourselves and will be with a great bunch of ppl!! Well i aint posted new pics of the car now its sitting low on Tien Mono Flex, still got to get the ABS Sensors renewed as the lad who put them on must've disturbed them also still got the EDFC unit to fit, but as i have been stressed this time with builders nothing on my car has been done!! That includes the S/C still sat in the loft!!!!! Im thinkin its gonna be sat there for a lot longer cos i dont have the time to fit it!! The bad news is that i curbed my drivers front wheel...i was and still am absolutely devistated as with it having a polished stainless steel lip, its gonna look a state trying to get it repaired so im gonna have to buy a new wheel (ouch) So next time home in October, it'll be good to meet up with Janey and Barry when your up for the Toyota Sprint thing in Middlesborough, also will be Kirstys 21st so she should be happy for me being home for that!! Anyway thats bout it, enjoy JAE and anythin else that happens when im away!!! See ya Chris

Hey Trudi, Just wonderin if you have the name for the guys you bought the Fog LED's from cos the past links dont work any more! My old ones have turned clear (norm lamps) and i got an advisory from my MOT to get them changed Cheers

Yeah its been done whilst the car was in!! Gutted is an understatement!! Its a bit of a shame that they do the scans for free for me and anywhere else wants paying....but the computer they used before brought up the engine fault!?

The code reader looked brand new!! I mean it was theys personal one, so it may not have been loaded with all the cars....i dont know? What else could be bringing up the ABS light? I did mention that the TRC light flashes too, does this mean its a rear sensor or could be any of them?

I was only in Manchester monday n tuesday...grrr!!! So it should it bring up the ABS sensors?
