    simple gizmo is just a 9v battery with a lighter plug which gives the system enough to keep the codes going make sure the lighter works without the ignition on though !

    my initial quote of "the car in front etc:" was tounge in cheek :P tried to make the point that i also drive a toyota <_< agree that the lexus is a different badged toyota ;) why do certain members of the toyota club have to jump done our throats ? they should try and lighten up a bit :D after all our clubs are the closest ones if i have offended avensis i apologise
