unless you had a very cheap beams engine i wouldnt think it would be worth it cost wise you can get a altezza for about the same costs as the labout + parts now if it was a more powerfull engine id say go for it .. evo 6 engine or maby the 9

id say if its got a lideling problom it could be something very small . like if it seems to run fine all the other times cant be to much wrong with it just something is draining power . maby there is a new ecu in it ? i know my power fc cant keep the car ticking over because the default idel time is still being used and when i have all the bells and whistles turned on it just drops out after about 5 mins of ideling there great cars tho

decided its best to go to the german whats it called .... in dublin and have a chat about what exactly im charged with i recieved 2 other letters i dono what they say but if they give me any guff ill just arrive back with a loyer and have him sort it out .

they use the same engine thats in the altezza dont they ? one guy i was talking to said to me that it would be very good for my car before but said the only guy he knows that dose top class jobs on them is very slow and could end up taking 8 months to do it :s my cars been in more garages since xmass then its been with me :( i miss my car :(

right ive a turbo'd 2.2 stroked altezza its doing about .7 bar of boost atm and giving about 300 bhp on 95 ron fule the torque figure is about 240 the thing im wondering is what to do next ? it was suggested to me that i should get a fule rail and then new bigger turbo but that will bring me up to the max i can get from the transmission ( around 400 bhp ) .but i dont want to do that . I also dont wana just up the boost yet . i want to know that the other parts of the car can take more bhp / torque before i go upping it . about the 600 bhp 450 torque level ( not that i will have a car with these figures i just want to know the parts arent going to be stressed out ) . what would i need to start changing out before i do this ? id also like to get my torque figure closer to 300 ? any other ways of doing this ? atm im researching as i dont intend on doing any engine work till the new year . so that gives me about 4.2 months to get my head around the next step . is there any way of improving the loss i get to the wheels ?

i dont look at it as cost type thing more the experience of going to southern france by car with a load of like minded people for one hell of a experience . cost is minimal its a few tanks of fule . if your getting 300 ish miles per tank out of a 1600 mile journey + track time that would be 6 full tanks . bit of spending money . and sharing rooms always cuts cost you get to see some savage sights on the way . brillent photo ops !

raido's dont work most of the time they will fail shortly after you buy it . might as well accept that now suspension could be bolixed you will hear a knocking noise the altezza will be running about 190 bhp and will need to have everything done for servicing that can cost if its not done look for rear damage make sure u give it a good birst when driving and keep it over 5k rpm good luck . if you want pay dizz to go look it over for you hes a pro

tomtom is the software ( unless they started making the consoles also ) u should be able to get extension cables to move the gps sensor

altezza's are grand for parts now . you can get most in a toyota guarage within 7 days sometimes 3 . the fact that loads are comming into the country means there should be a steady supply of second hand parts soon enough . enjoy the tez there great cars
