  1. Glad to hear things are moving - even if it is a different courtesy car! All the best, J
  2. After browsing the Internet and seeing some nice under bumper lips, I was just wondering if there are any carbon fibre/kevlar splitters available? Never seen any but was curious. Jamie
  3. I suppose so, but you really do have to be careful as it's so easy to loose your pride and joy. J I was speaking to a chap at the Trafford Centre who owned a Porsche and he had just got back from the Nurburgring circuit and he had more or less survived but he too had curbed a rim. He was telling me that when he was coming back through France, he skidded off on a roundabout and damaged the whole of the passenger side. Panel beater and respray jobby. Ooooch! J
  4. Just thought I'd share with you the latest delivery from Jaguar. Absolutely stunning and very refined. I can see hints of other cars in there, or is it hints of the new Jaguar in other cars? The new C-XF is set for release in its current appearance. Follow the link below and once loaded, take a look at the photographs... http://www.jaguar.co.uk/uk/en/latest/futur...Referrer=309819 Once you have clicked the link, click the link on the page that says "Visit the Jaguar Design Briefings microsite" Regards Jamie
  5. Admittedly I agree. However, I've heard endless stories of damage which must worry those that go on the track. How do you find the wear and tear on the cars? J
  6. Believe me I'm tempted but the poor little Focus would struggle to keep up - maybe next year. It would be great. In the mean time, I'll just have to settle for photographs and video footage! Do many of you go on the track then or are you spectators? Jamie
  7. Not bad at all - gonna be impressive if, I mean when you pul it off. J
  8. Sounds like quite a day then. I've always fancied a trip on the euro train that can carry cars. J
  9. Now I may be incorrect but this image seems to have a third connection in the middle. After all this I'm probably wrong, if so I'll hang my head in shame It's the ASP (Altezza Sports & Prestige) car which I'm sure you all know of by now. J
  10. No, its the upper engine bay brace AFAIK. J
  11. I would've thought so as it depends upon the material they are made from. I assume that weaker metals will flex and not serve the purpose they should - thus being asthetic in their use. Anyone got ideas on the Carbing strut brace?
  12. Would be a good event to see. All the best with the TAC and make sure you take someone along for photos / video footage - or someone on here anyway! You could even rig up one of the onboard cameras to record it... J
  13. Can imagine that this is an unforgettable journey! How long is the drive btw? Jamie
  14. Anyone heard of the Carbing 3 point strut brace? J
  15. Amazing and extremely impressive. J
  16. Hi there, Welcome to the LOC. J
