  1. I'm not talking bare metal respray,I'm sticking with the same colour,it's just that I have various scratches and stone chips so I'm thinking of getting all round the car done instead of having fresh paint on panels and old paint on others
  2. Does any body know how much a full respray on the Lexus would cost. a friend of mine who's in the business said he could do it for anywhere between £700-1000 for a cash job depending how much work it'd take,it's gonna cost me £100-150 to get my splitter done so might as well go all the way with it and I know he'd do an excellent job as he's done his own jag in a custom flip colour,is this a realistic price
  3. ill have a look what ive got:winky:

  7. sky sports news as a united fan im both gutted and thankfull hes gone, although hes a great player his constant moaning last season and this season about wanting to go has done it for me and £80m is far to good an offer to turn down for the club
  8. theres still 2 on ebay here clicky 1 clicky 2
  9. tbh nearly all of these revolutionary machines to improve your abs are crap,so stick with your crunches or use a gym ball to help with your core exercises,as with anything in fitness eating right is 80-90% of the battle. you can eat clean and do no gym exercise at all and still get ripped (believe it or not). if runnings a problem at the minute theres always a stationary bike/cross trainer that you can use. if your doing everything here you should start seeing results in 4-6 weeks and in a couple of years you'll be looking like arnie (or may be not) :D
  10. yay welcome to the armrest club :winky:

  14. that does make you think though how many miles coud actually be done, i remember when top gear did the fuel economy race and clarkson had a jag xj6 diesel and at the finish in blackpool still had enough fuel for something like 100 miles way after his fuel gauge said empty
  15. when i bought mine i took it off the garage forecourt and straight to the bp garage 1mile away and put 68.3 litres of petrol in out of a 70 litre tank
