See thats exactly what happened to my neighbour, police said as the car was sold with plates on it becomes the new owners property.This was about 5yrs ago so unless the law has changed i doubt she will get them back, just hope whoever the new owner is dont make a fuss about it and agrees to having new reg put on. Then she shouldn't of sold it if she wanted the plates surely, my neighbiour sold a car with p.plates on a 4x4 and the new owner said hed pass them on...yeah right he had the cheeck to offer them to the neighbour for a "fair price" needless to say he was told where to stick the plates.

I though i saw my plate once.....you sure it wasn't M7 WUD when it flashes by or from a distance it looks the same. Im up that way this week i'll keep an eye out for it.

Whats "low mileage" on the Lex? Small cars have a premium with r/tax and fuel increase i think its £35 a year on the Aygo as my daughter has one, i understand you laughing but thats what the Lex is worth on a trade in. Second hand values have hit rock bottom on prestige motors.

They've always been there!! They're not flashing speed cameras, we used to go through there on bikes and if you do so repeatedly @ speed it wont be long b4 old bill show up.So if your going through at speed i suggest you keep going...lol. Its always a chance game, cruise through first and look for the cameras if you dont believe me and take a run on the way out. :D

O.K i got this in a e-mail does anyone know if there is any truth in this its from someone who has (allegedly) been in the petroleum business for over 30yrs:....this is just a snippet of what was written. Only fill up in the early morning when the ground temp is cold, the colder the ground the denser the fuel becomes as when fuel is warmer it expands which means your litre isnt exactly a litre? When filling up dont squeeze the trigger on fast mode...there are 3 modes. low/middle and high, we should be pumping on low as this minimises vapour loss whilst pumping,all hose at the pump have a vapour return, when in fast pump mode some of the liquid going in becomes vapour and being sucked up and back into the under ground storage tanks so getting less for your money. Fill up when your tank is half empty, the more fuel in your tank the less air occupying the empty space, Petrol evaporates faster than you can imagine.

Mind them cameras in the tunnel, have fun :D

i think you should wax on top of egp but not egp on top of wax.the reason being,wax slowly evaporates from your paints surface and by putting a sealant over the wax can lead to a hazing effect as the wax trys to evaporate .so always sealant first then two or three coats of wax. Thanks for the reply. Too late lol.....no hazing though just crisp clean/rich/wet looking black paint, jobs a god un. B)
