i just have one thing to say ... My car has not been wimmed it has done about 18k on my tyres and has the standard 17s and doesnt sufer this problem! btw, you tyre is now illegal.

I have never heard of an is300 manual. and it wont be using the same gearbox. maybe its a conversion ?

You need a decent hammer and a lever and a mate...... first you need someone to lever from behind of the pully whilst someone taps the front of the pulley and slowly it will come off as it was that way I got mine off as for the crank bolt....I put a power bar on it and wedged it to the floor and cranked the engine over for a milli second and hey presto it will come off.... I dont want to do that... as something has fallen down the timing belt cover! so no cranking! -

thats the problem... I havent got a tool to hold the crank shaft. so even in gear and brakes on the car engine spins/moves Ovbiously reading around it looks like that if it is used incorrectly you can damage your crankshaft! -

Its better, if you slowly put the power down... rather then trying to setup @ 5k of revs

I have already seen the headlights and also been in contact with bluemackie, he doesnt have a green bumper I want to save costs of paint! - Hence why I want GREEN parts if possible :)

Only difference is the motor to adjust the height of the beam isn't there - correct me if I'm wrong but I think you can remove these from your headlights and fit them to these :) My lights a completly gone... Nothing to remove from them.
