  1. Two ways about it from here, weld something to the nut and get it off like that. Or you can drill it out, or atleast get someone to do either.
  2. Welcome T2000. Noel has highlighted everything spot on. Regarding manual or automatic it's obviously down to your individual preference, what do you drive at the minute? and what transmition is that? Ryan
  3. Cheers Stav. Cleared that one up.
  4. Thanks! This is a front lower brace by the way. (Turbo saxo VTS)
  5. Nope, most cars can have lower braces that do the exact same job as the upper. In the saxo world companies like Sparco/OMP do lower strut braces. Maybe IS's don't have them?
  6. Will de-catting the standard manifold actually make that much difference though on a standard IS?
  7. Nice one Gord. What about lower front strut braces. are they easy to fit?
  8. I have done a search and have come to the conclusion that I would like a tein front upper strut brace on my is200 sport. The thing I would like to know more than anything though is... can I fit a reat strut brace in the boot with the full interior still in the car? if so do tein also make rear braces for the IS? Any links/advice would be appreciated. Ryan
  9. I would be taking my girlfriend, so would actually spend more, lol.
  10. Thanks Gord! that breakdown helps alot, i'm from Crewe so I would convoy down with you Manchester folk on a future visit if that was ok? Yaumeister - I don't have the money or time off work to go this July, which is a shame. :( That's why i'm pricing things up well in advance for next year.
  11. I'm also new to the IS200 world, had my Sport less than a week now but i'm really interested in visiting the ring next year also with LOC. I have been meaning to go the last 2 years with SSC - saxosportsclub.com where I am also a member as I own a VTS too! if any club veterans can shine some light on estimated pricing and any more details that would be spot on. Ry
  12. Bad luck mate. Let me know where you used and how reasonable pricing they were, so I know for future reference. :)

    Hello

Welcome, all I can say as a new IS200 Sport owner is they are superb cars. :)
  14. How much are these from the dealers? the later smoked set.
  15. Nice one Kiriyama, exactly what I was after. :) Thanks also redz.
  16. Thanks wozza, it does show what I was talking about. The hub/spacer where the wheel itself actually bolts too! the 5 spoke wheels show it off alot more than yours so I was curious if people had painted that also. That's what i'm chatting on about.
  17. Quick question regarding the rear caliper. Have you guys also painted what looks like the spacer? has anyone got a picture of the rear wheel caliper painted with the wheel off still so I can point out what I am talking about? Cheers, Ry.
  18. I got one done tonight, the spoke ended up being in the way when I dropped the jack lol, Oh well! I think black keeps it subtle.
  19. :D I'm new to the world of IS's though so it's nice to a copy to refer too if needed.
  20. I'm Ryan, i'm 21 and i'm from Crewe. I am a TV/hi-fi salesman who works in Newcastle-under-lyme. I still live at home with my mother but I do have a girlfriend, Amy, who I have been with nearing a year now. I drive a Lexus IS200 Sport. I also own a Citroen saxo VTS & a Peugeot 205 GTi. I love my cars, drink & my girlfriend. Thats about it! :D
