There are quite a few sets on there mate so you might even find them a bit cheeper if you search for (wheel nuts 12x1.5) or (tuner nuts) or if you want a really good set look for the ultralite ones :) I was looking at the ultralites but i think they are a little overkill for just now as these alloys are just make shift till i get the 20s that are in the pipeline for later on in the year . :winky: (i have been spending a lot of time on US lex forums i am in love with 20s ) take it they are sound then yeah ?

so is it studs or nuts you are after - i doubt very much the studs are too big for the wheel i believe you are correct its nuts ! i have found these skinny wheel nuts i believe these could be the answer to my problems ... thanks for the help once again guys , im DYING to get my ultralites fitted !

I used mintex on my Impreza and they were nice feeling pads , admittedly they did the job but from what i remember they didnt last too long (admittedly i drove like a :tsktsk: back then so they probrably would be perfect for a lexus)

Thanks for all the input. I am going to have to have a good look about as i want to find the right set as i want to go mega low. Funnily enough even my missus is game for me getting a set even though shes nipping my head for an engagement ring shes allowing me to buy coilys 1st ! (it could well be love)

Looks immense im totally going to give this a try when i get the balls to cook my headlights. I did it on my civic but that was a no brainer as new breadlights were only like £40 or something , i believe a lot more care and the quick handedness of a Mr G Ramsay will have to be used when cooking to a medium rare state.

My last 3 cars have been Impreza WRX , Skyline GTS and lastly an Integra Type R Although i have only been an owner for 3 days i am SO SO delighted with my IS200 although not a sport and not very fast compared to my previous cars it never fails to raise a smile on my face every time i drive it , absolute luxury and to be honest they sound gorgeous ! The car just feels so right and so well built i would highly reccomend one to anybody ! Not to bad on fuel either i have done 740 miles so far on £120.

Im planning ditching my standard head unit as i have the lovely ERR3 message (on the other hand i did get 5 free CD's with my car as they popped straight out ! ) I am going to replace it with an Alpine iDA-X100 digital media player to coincide with my ipod touch Now i know i will have to get the amp bypass leads and the new fascia to take the single DIN headunit Will i still get the sound from my built in sat-nav or will it then be a gonner ? as ill kinda miss her voice if so LOL

I really REALLY want a set of coilovers for my IS200 , i have been having a look around and im quite interested in the BC Sports set (on ebay between 550-600) Now the reason i want these is i want to lower my car and i dont want to make a 1/2 attempt as i notice the lowest you can go with springs is 40mm i want to go a lot lower than this. I live in the highlands so i have no worries with speed bumps etc , im interested to know what its like living with coilovers ie the settings i notice you can have them soft or hard etc Are they worth the money knowing i will only be using them for road going purpose ? Is it easy to set coilovers up ? How do you know exactly how much lower you have gone ? Is it worth paying the extra and saving for a set of Tein's or is it much and such the same thing ? thanks in advance for any help ...

I just drove my car home from Newbury to Inverness yesterday , im not planning leaving the country again for at least a couple of months . I think GT tyres in Forres do a descent laser alignment service (is this the same thing) so i was told earlier today so im going to give them a buzz tommorow and see what they are saying.

Hi this morning i went out to fit my new alloys and i noticed there is no way possible the studs are going to go in the hole to fit wheels to the hub. So i believe i need something a little skinnier , can anyone help me with my quest is there something specific i have to ask for or is it simply skinny wheelnuts ? thanks in advance im dying to fit my new rims .........
