    they didnt even check with the other dealer, so i could have made up any price which is reasonable and they would have agreed.. dealer sounded desperate..

    i was quoted by lexus manchester - £560 full service 100k Birmingham - £530 Bradford - £460 Bolton - £430 Manchester lexus then rang me back saying we can price match, I said ive been quoted £380 and they agreed staight away, from £560 to £380 abit strange, So I dont know what to do...

    When i bought my lexus it was on around 85,000. this was owned by a Dr who drove it mainly on the motorway. now it is at 95000 and no problems.. the only thing that was wrong with it was that it had stonechips on the bonnet and the front bumber other than that car looked brandnew.. So it depends if the cars you are looking at are mainly driven on the motorway or not. Sorry if i was no help but thats just my case..

    I was thinking the same thing as Kenfoxy. The new model is going to come out soon.. the value is going to drop even more.. But then again i would rather keep the is220d than get the new is200d.

    think you have to take the bumper off..but not entirly sure myself.

    when i hold the centre circle down the base seems fine and wen i let go thats where it is flapping.. i think the black glue around it has come off as u can see from the picture. any ideas what to do.. i read somewhere that you can glue it with some sort of sealent..

    nope wont budge.. i can see a bolt there but i think thats holding the seatbelt..

    yeh i managed to get the back seats bottom part off but i didn fancy taking it off.. becuase of re fiting might not sit right and then more unnessary headache. all have a look n try getting at it.. just give it a pull see what happens.. thanks anyway

    i dont have a eletric sunblind. just normal shelf. i tired getting at it from the boot but there is just a metal plate with lots of smaller plates attached i can see the part of the sub. i went to lexus manchester they said there gna charge £50 just to have a look.

    GTI1 I did try your method but it was not as long as you did. i still have a very slight judder but i think i need to go on a longer distant drive Thanks alot hope it works..

    yeh they put it on the machine.. no faults came up..i dont think its the turbo because the pull in all the other gears are smooth.. just really odd.. cars been looked after full lexus service history..it is out of warranty aswell as its 56reg.. so i dont know what they can do about it..
