I got my Lexus from Hull, sales man Mark, I dealt with, very nice chap and they are really good in terms of customer service, you also did well with the 2yrs extended Warranty. is that calculation for fuel based on plenty of 0-60's? lol nice link Corrado

my brother has his own insurance business and i usually help him out, with my small bit of knowledge from there i can defo say that underwriters have a different view on import cars and can be more expensive to insure.. but it all depends on make n model and personal situations.

talking of night pics the white looks so amazing.. i see if i can remember to take some pics next time i fill up at my local BP.. we should all get some petrol station pics up lol

Looks likei missed alot.. new isf owners, pete wanting to sell.. lol, well not now. i just wanted to comment on the ISFs that are under 20k.. i think you will be stuggling to find these in genuine condition and well looked after.. i also agree with Stu about the decent ones for 20k plus.. mine has done 79k and is spotless, and with having the "in demand" colour id put it up for 22k if i was to sell it... but im not lol. i really cant see a good example for less then 20k anytime soon.. they were selling for 23k a few years ago and still are.

yep for sure id love to see all the mods if there ever was a Lexus meet up and have a chat.

Hello buddy, welcome to a very UNIQUE club, well all i can say is you're going to love every minute of it.. especially when you start it up,, it will bring a big smile to your face.

the rear of the car is well nice.. im not 100% sure about the vents in the bonnet.. dont get me wrong, they look great the design of the vents are really nice, love the carbon bits in them, but just a little bit big i think.. unless the pics make them look bigger then they are. still though.. looks mean. PS.. let me know when the front bumper lips are up for sale ;)

Welcome to the LOC.. im fairly new like yourself.. ive never owned a LS but have been driven in one.. and its is a mighty fine car. So enjoy it, Lexus are very reliable and full of Luxury.

Went shopping today at the Fort Dunlop (bham) and as Lexus was next door decided to pop in. They had a beautiful RC-F in Orange, it was really gorgeous and looked better close up then one i saw that drove by me a few weeks ago. i also had a look at the MesaRed ISF they had (the black one is sold now) i asked the sales man didnt Reno have it, he said Reno garage and this Lexus garage are Part of the same (Vantage) group, so they passed the car to us to sell, he said the new owner was very impressed (i kinda gathered that, after having one myself) Anyway back to the Mesa Red, i had a look at it and its pretty decent, metal panels were clean, front bumper looked pained and was slightly out of line on the driver side, rear bumper had a scratch in the middle (about 4"), interior was nice n clean, front dics looked abit worn, maybe its been parked thats why. overall its a nice car, they have reduced it from 25,995 for 21,995.. if someone is intrested and coming from far they might be open to offers.

i had some carbon vinyl.. so i added some to the lower lip of the bumper.. i seen it on a C63 and it looked good,.on white, only diff is the C63 had it painted on the bumper and it was gloss black. anyway now that i put it on i get this boy racer feel when i look at it lol.. your opinions would be great.

I appreciate all the welcomes & advice folks. An Irish ISF owner thats rare! I actually met an ISf owner the other day and he said as far as he knows there are only 4 in the country! People in the Uk prob dont realise how bad the tax is here. wait for it guys 2200 euro a year, not a misprint, absolute robbery! the supra will hit Piston heads now tonight so depending on how much I fetch for that will determine how long I have to wait for the F. After sitting in one last week it better be soon when I get my hands on one! Ross WHAT!!! NO F€$#ING WAY!!

you sound tempted Mark..lol that's exactly how I bought my car from Lexus in Hull.. everything I pointed out they said we'll do it, new rear tyres new front discs new rear pads Full service and 12months Warranty. I aint spent a penny since I got it and the way I saw it was, if I bought one for 19k (which is VERY rare atm for a ISF (especially in white), id end up spending £1500 if it needed bits and bobs and a warranty too, and that wouldn't be approved either.... so I snapped it up asap I think I got a decent deal.. you never know it might be worth more later lol.. or the same if that.

Im gona get all the hours of sleep in till then lol Yep i did see the Red one, bt not in person.. thats amongst the 1st cars i inquired about when i started to look for one, im not a fan of Mesa Red (the pic was not up then) and your right it has dropped, the Lexus garage told me it was a customers car and they are selling it for him. i didnt see the Red one there, maybe it was parked at the back. Im due to pop over to Toyota next door for some service parts for my Ayeo. I'll ask to look at them both in detail and let you guys know, some one might read my post b4 they travel from a distance maybe.

Hello all, I just saw a black 59 reg one for £18,989, how come the chrome detailing in the stereo is missing? looks mint though, surprised its not been snapped up yet.. mileage is not that bad too. mine is a 09, with it on, also the lock and unlock door button on the drivers door is different.. any particular reason? anyway I seen your one at Birmingham Andrew, not the best condition for a 24k car tbh, marks on the front and rear bumpers, discs looked pitted. I think you got a good deal in p/x. in terms of value, I think the ISF's will hold 20k as long as it fully maintained and well looked after, I think they are not selling because there aren't much to choose from maybe? unlike someone mentioned earlier in the thread, they are not know by most people who are looking at German cars, so maybe people are hoping there are more to compare to. I have already made some noise in my area amongst some C63's and M'3, people wanting to know what they are. I personally hope they stay above 20k by Dec (only had it 2weeks), because my Mrs just gave me news were expecting twins . . . double trouble but I'll try my best to find a way to avoid selling it.. I love it to bits
