  2. Mine is still in there I never bothered taking it out Pretty sure thats the same, I went to Lexus here in Liverpool one of the mechanics told me they only fitted the Scorpion for a short while he was amazed mine had lasted so long he said they were not the best alarm Lexus fitted.
  3. I had the same problem last year once you get the engine to crank over your half way there, in the passenger footwell take the glove box out behind you will find the alarm there is a wire that goes to the fuel pump it runs along the side under the door sil pull the carpet back and you will see the loom the wire is taped into the loom so uncover the loom and follow the wire back to the alarm I think its black find that and bypass it and the car will start.

  8. That's the biggest problem with these cars, because they are engineered to such a high standard that the slightest little thing that dosen't work really gets on your nerves. I dread the day I ever get a rattle because it will drive me mad until I have found it, but till then happy peaceful motoring. Motoring I had a rattle for a few weeks coming from the glovebox area driving me nuts thing is everyone who got in the car commented how quite it was I always said to them can you hear that rattle they always said no,anyway I found it, it was a plastic cover at the back of the glovebox that you remove to get at the pollen filter NOW its quite.
  9. You are getting into dangerous territory with that solution, your insurance could be invalidated. Why the alarm is still fitted which is what they ask just not working
