i dont think things are likely to break soon,80,000 is nowt,just run in man.as long as your oils ,inc gearbox and diff are changed,cambelt etc it should be sweet,i get mine serviced for 60 quid,put castrol rs oil in,i change the oil myself aswell every 4000 miles.mine has 73000.

i had to load my pictures i wanted into the club gallery,but what i noticed is you have to name your picture,if its a number like picture 132 it wont work.

ive got the new type dunlop sp 9000 on mine,they have double rim protection and work :)

i have to be pretty good to change from first to second at speed,the rest of the gears seem ok,i think a new gear box design would be the best idea,afterall a normall car only has five gears ,maybe six gears hasnt been mastered yet.they also say in the manual push hard to get into reverse,whats that all about.higher milage cars will start to suffer i think.on a site on the net i was on they done a review on the 200 and said the gearbox was crap,lexus wont change it cause we keep buying them.

my 200sport does that,ones without a spoiler will prob lift all way up cause of less weight,thats my theory anyway :)

i want my 200 to be perfect aswell mate,i changed the gearbox oil,new clutch,but the first to second when cold is still tight and sometimes makes a small clunk.when warm is ok.i have to ignore it cause things like that drive me mad

mine has done 70,000 miles and first to second is a bit tight ,not as smooth as i would expect for 24 grand

As far as i know they dont come as standard,look on lexus accessories you have to buy em seperate,

i wouldnt touch it either,for a couple of grand more and a bit of searching you will get a sport model,i got mine for twelve grand twelve month ago 2000 V :)
