cheers - getting a mat off besty and yes the glass is proper expensive, have asked at lexus unfortunately the car isn't under warrenty as I bought mine privately

Heated wing mirror - drivers side, lower middle element not working and get an inverted u. Is this possible to fix cheaply or will I have to live with it until I have loads of cash to spare and buy a new mirror. Why is it that every car I buy always has a mat missing, In this case the front passenger's. Can anyone help me source 1 single mat in plain black (no logo's) as every where I try they are not intrested in selling 1 mat and I don't want to fork out £75 for a new set. Cheers for any help

When I got my IS200 there was quite a lot wrong with it and had only just got its MOT which lexus told me it shouldn't have passed on a number of points, but an mot can't be disputed (apparently) for a number of reasons. Got most of the work done now by my mechanic (a lot cheaper then lexus) but it is worth going to lexus as they are very thorough inspection wise Although mine hasn't cost as much as your looking to pay - I was very upset so sympathies there. Hope you get it sorted and won't be too out of pocket

I know i've got an is200, but the climate control works in the same way (dials instaed of buttons) i presume. does leaving the a/c on use anymore petrol in the winter (ie when the system is only supplying warm air)

I am also coming to the conclusion that it is hard to find people who know how to balance wheels properly - anyone got any recomendations for manchester area for when I get them next done? cheers

My 60k service is coming up and I need a new cam belt - no wonder they didn't change it before selling me the car! come up to where i live and i`ll get you a cam belt fitted for under 80 quid :) I know, its just I want the stamp. Been thinking about this for a while. is it worth it or is it not? (to keep the service history)
