It was, but that's only there for non-residents mate. My house is close to the train station. I have a permit displayed in my windscreen permanently. Pretty much every homeowner on our street parks like that. Going to risk the bird poo once it's repaired though, and park it on the driveway behind the wife's car. ;) I'd rather clean it every day than get it hit again! :(

Nope, I'm with you on not feeling the RC-F Chris. Then again I don't like the new shape IS much either.

Couple on autotrader at the moment. Both 2013 models. One private (£38,950 with 12k miles), one dealer (£45k with 1k miles). Seems to be the going rate.

Hi David, It's because they've taken out the plastic that divides the stacked fake tailpipes. Looks better in my opinion. Ours are single units bolted to the rear bumper, these are proper tailpipes that are stacked from the mufflers out through the bumper. I think H&S did a good job getting the look as close to OEM as they did. Cheers. Peter :)

I've thought about doing the same thing in a couple of years time when I get some money from my shares. Thing is there isn't much you will feel/see to tell you it's any different to your early model. You could improve the power and handling of your car for less than the cost of buying a newer model. I'd be inclined to stay away from extra finance etc if it was me, but each to their own chap. ;) Let us know what you decide either way. Cheers. Peter :)

I know Rob. Just when it was all looking just the way I wanted, this happens! :(Could have been worse though I guess. Irony is my wife won't drive my car to the shops etc for fear of it getting a trolley scuff etc, then this happens outside our front door! Sod's law!

Very true David. Couldn't believe how long I had to talk to my insurers when it was only for information purposes! :( Yes Roheel. It's going to the body shop Lexus Woodford use for all their repairs mate. Just a hassle driving back and forth to get the service done, then get it back, then take it back to Essex for the repair/courtesy car.

So it took close to an hour to report it to my insurance company, but looks like it's all sorted to some degree. Love the pointless questions I was asked! 'Where there any passengers in your vehicle?' after I told him it was parked up, and no one was in it at the time. 'What time did it happen?' after saying I was at work all day, and I had a note from the neighbours when I got in around 7pm. Then had a 3-way call with the DVLA to confirm the status of my drivers license! :( Looking like it will get repaired after I have my service done at Lexus Woodford on the 9th June. Got to drop it off at the bodyshop on the 11th, and collect the courtesy car (bet that'll be something exciting, NOT!). When you factor in I was only informing my insurer for information purposes only (i.e no claim), I was staggered at the number of questions I had to answer! :( It's hopefully all going ahead as necessary now though.

Going through the insurance David. That's what they've asked me to do.

Thanks guys. :) Think it's just drivers wing and the front bumper that will need painting. There's a crease in the wing unfortunately. :( They were really upset bless them. Older couple as well. :( Dread to think what Saga will charge them after they pay the bill! I'm just glad no one was hurt. Cars can be repaired or replaced, people can't.

So I got home tonight to find a note from one of my neighbours asking me to pop down when I got home. Turns out his wife was moving her car today, and managed to back into my baby! :-( Will be calling the insurance company first thing in the morning. :-( Annoyed isn't the word!! At least they owned up to it I guess. Could have said nothing as the wife and I were at work. Hoping it won't take too long to fix. Will still be at Bluewater on Monday.

Up to you Simon. I need 5 orders to secure the £70 a set price they offered us. So far only Roheel has paid for his set, so I need another 4 orders to make this group buy happen. The kits are really small and light as well mate. I'll have to bring 5 sets back regardless! ;) I do need to get the other payments organised asap guys (got to buy the dollars before I head out next Sunday). If you want a set, please text me on my mobile (be good to confirm if you want the 6K or 8K kit as well - think all of them are the 8K at the moment?) and i'll text you my bank details. The £70 covers the cost of the kits, but not recorded delivery/postage costs. Happy for people to collect them from my place in Kent, or I can post them out at a cost when I get back? Lol, plenty of other tasty mods you can spend your money on Simon! ;) Just look through my different threads/mods. :) The LED/whiter fogs and main beams I did for mine and Roheel's car look sorted mate. :) Precision LED interior kit and reverse lights is also a really nice touch. Lol, cheers guys. :) Mine were from the States David. I found them on eBay, and got my good buddy in Houston to buy them for me. :) He shipped them over with some of my other goodies. ;) Just my real carbon pillar trims and illuminated door sills to go! Lol.

Hey Simon, Are you going to install it in the same position as the Mark Levinson? Not teaching you to suck eggs, but wasn't sure if you knew the OEM sub is below the rear windscreen/ rear headrests? Have you checked the sub to see if it's knackered? I'm more than happy with the bass in my car. Keep us posted on your progress mate. Cheers. Peter :)

Hey Guys, Managed to get my LED reflectors fitted and wired up today. :) The lights are duel function, in the sense they work as additional brake lights, but also stay lit when the lights are on. If you brake when it's dark, they get brighter to show you are braking. Thanks to my lovely wife, here's some shots I took at dusk, and once it got dark. :) Really nice detail these. Enjoy!
