Pull the turn signal switch down the lane change position (not the turn signal position) and release. The left turn signal should flash 2-4 times.
Don't quite get the meaning of "down the lane change position (not the turn signal position)?
So the shift boot is pulled off and the shift knob can be just screwed off, but the leather boot looks to be crimped onto the plastic adaptor tightly, the only way is to cut open the leather to remove the adaptor which I still hesitate to proceed.
It seems if you have added custom phone categories other than those default ones they won't be recognized by Lexus system and only phone number will be shown, that's my finding so far.
Always helpful to read manual, just found out that wiper can be set to manual mode by holding the auto button until the green blinks when car is stationary. Useful in light rain and slow speeds since auto mode doesn't activate wipers even at the highest setting.
Seating position can be set to automatically recalling the preset memory button when door is opened by pressing memory button and lock/unlock button at the same time until beep is heard. So after I have moved the seat I can just get out of the car and when getting back in the seat will automatically return to the preset position.
This car has so many settings I have to read the manual more.
Dicomar, if the button is available and the green light is on then the auto system should be working and mirrors should fold/unfold when cars is locked/unlocked. Unless the function is linked to remote windows/sunroof operation and since you don't have it now so auto mirrors won't be working.
My 300h has an auto folding/unfolding button, if you can't find it then I guess there's no such option in yours. Can't seem to find follow me home function and I'll try holding the high beam stalk after turning off the car.
Yeah just like the recent massive Prius recall, usually the problem has to be not just "irritation" but concerning safety and other more detrimental issues.
