  1. For those of us that preordered, the price is fixed ( or so it should) Did you like the Mach E ?
  2. Lexus GS250, completely rattle free 3 years, 35000 miles down the line The same with a BMW 7 series, 5 and a half years 120.000 miles. Lexus CT had rattles from day 1. The RX had rattles that massively improved after the plate was fixed a bit better. I get the occasional very annoying rattle, probably from the buckle. One evening I had some loud noise coming from the back of the car, but the next day it disappeared.
  3. Make sure you do at least 50 miles and check real life rangeas well.
  4. Are you sure it is the RZ and not the RX ?
  5. Put the number plate through We Buy Any Car. Get their quote. Reply to Lexus mentioning WBAC quote and that you are happy to pay XXamount more than that but can not justify their price. See what happens.
  6. Which means that even if I like it on test drive, I will ask for the Autoebid level of discount or else I will cancel the order and request my deposit back.
  7. Already discounted by £658 on carwow. it's a start
  8. https://www.carmagazine.co.uk/car-reviews/lexus/rz450e-electric-crossover/?utm_source=LexusOwnersClubUK&utm_medium=ForumLinks ouch
  9. Well, that's a whole different thing, fingers crossed then!
  10. Yeah, same here. I will wait for the test drive but the way things go we can buy a Tesla and a UX to cover for when Tesla brakes down
  11. Further price drop Brand new Tesla Model 3 dual engine AWD at £47990 and 370miles - reported - range ( about 270 miles real life) I wonder whether Lexus will have to cut prices
  12. In that case we should expect an abundance of videos in a couple of weeks.
  13. Hello No rattles, not huge discount really, haven't needed it yet, when I loaded some video when testing it, it looked good.
  14. I will be happy on an average 3.2 or something, which it will still be less than my leaf that I drive without any regard for efficiency. That will give a 200+ range. I will be OK with that if it is the real everyday scenario Anything much less than that and we have a problem ( Lexus has a problem)
  15. Well on https://www.lexus.co.uk/new-cars/rz/overview they claim that if they are any close to this then I am happy. If they are around 150 miles, then my money back please
  16. Got a video email yesterday telling me the vehicle is in preproduction and will let me know about ETA in a couple of weeks I gently reminded them that I am still waiting for that test drive and that we agreed that if I do not like it ( as in the range been very poor) I will get my £2000 deposit back. Waiting for reply.
  17. Had 3 of them - still got one - and zero problems for hundreds of thousands of miles. Guess it's a bit of lucky strike.
  18. https://www.autoexpress.co.uk/bmw/x5/359704/new-bmw-ix5-hydrogen-2023-review Looks like BMW is upping the ante
  19. OK, managed to get into one. Too similar to NX, quality of plastics and interior - in my eyes - a click or two inferior to RX4 takumi. Also one of them wouldn't start, battery was flat or it couldn't recognise the key. So not sure about it.
