  1. See @ollie isf hasn't turned out to be a boring subject at all, now I wonder if it's available in S..... 🐁
  2. I agree cat back was ok the list I gave them one of which was suspension mods was a no. Personally it doesn't bother me after a BMW335i m on run flats an IsF is a magic carpet ride slithering it's way down the road on a cushion of air 😏 🐁
  3. Ah I see you mean like this only colour picture I could find cough....... and where did the pinch those wheels I wonder 😂 🐀
  4. What a pain nothing on mine at all probably a copy of an original Lexus copy copied from an original 😂😂😂 🐁
  5. Very recent article about @Flytvr and his Lexus customer services topic, tried to paste it to that wouldn't work 🙄 Big Rat http://www.am-online.com/dealer-management/manufacturer-insight/lexus-director-ewan-shepherd-on-why-he-is-prioritising-customer-care-and-dealer-profits
  6. @emjay82 That's different from the one they supplied him, I saw that eBay one but the number is different from the Lexus Portal as well 🙄 Big Rat
  7. Ollie Took mine out supplied new by Lexus Sheffield so I was there when they put it in, I know this is a rubbish photo does it look like yours as there are no part numbers on top or underneath 🙄
  8. Ollie do you mean the rubber one if so I'll nip outside now for you. 🐀
  9. David Is yours still under warranty, I've discussed a few things with Lexus warranty on the phone and apart from exhaust back boxes everything else I mentioned is a no no computer says invalidates 😂 🐀
  10. @Ray-ISF No chance have read of both the Euro NCAP and the Aus version Ford refuse to supply vehicles for testing, the euro result in crash tests are appalling. Especially if you have a family. Big Rat
  11. Jon Swindon Lexus not that further down the M4 corridor. Big Rat
  12. David No probs at all happy to help, I had my plugs done last March it was done, at my request simply as I've said on age. I said could I watch from a safe respectable distance as they don't have a viewing area, all done no probs, just under the hour a little over £200.00. Big Rat
  13. @DAW David Can I say first despite the mileage 6 years for spark plugs is long enough in my opinion I don't care what quality they are, and to be frank no matter what anybody else Says if I was you get them changed. When I bought mine it was 7 years old they were the originals had them done immediately. Others may offer different advice, it's not there car and if there is a problem you could be in a whole world of S... Have a peek on my post a few above I do broadly the same as you. 🐀
  14. I was offered the service plan when I bought mine, didn't take did the maths and at that time just not worth it I negotiate better prices as and when needed. Spark plugs for instance cost me supply and fit with the vat fraction over £200.00. Took the 3 year warranty though 👍 Big Rat
  15. @Warrington guy Nah not this weekend demolish 2/3 height of wall then fence a top of, as they say in these parts 😂 Thirty metres done 2.5 days, very tired now 😳
  16. @robby g Bob Have a read of this matey 🐀 https://www.check-mot.service.gov.uk/

  18. @Mark6pot Matey I'm working as well building sites are a nightmare one blokes latch on to these things took my boots off the other day to go into a 'clean ' house just finished flooring. Took my boots off came back and look what the B....... had done 😂 🐀
  19. @Mark6pot The cheque is in the post matey, you can spot it by the envelope only one I could find 😂 🐀
  20. You spoilt our fun now, only joking good luck with it, Silver one is it no comment from me on that 😏 Big Rat
  21. Well done that man, another car remains in the fold, 29.1😂😂😂😂 That won't be seen again once you start having a play 👍 Big Rat
  22. I agree with @emjay82 that the franchises don't really have the quality of the product, to be frank the polished smiles, polished floors and pastries are all very well but it is us that pays for this stuff and we would all probably forsake this for better consistent service. As regards product knowledge the fact is these places have huge turnover of sales people it's just a job to them, which is unfortunate to those other members of staff who are committed. Personally I'm someone who is prepared to travel a bit for service and be firm fair and polite as to what I want and how I want it to be, there's enough of them about whether your car is under warranty or not, ah the joys of motoring 😂 🐀
  23. Yes you obviously know the area well, do have to be cautious on that route done it 5 or 6 times now in the last 4 years, ah yes the sheep saw plenty of those, they look pretty solid Lexus derforming customers to say the least 😂 Big Rat
  24. @stelveledzep Usually stay at the Mercure Hotel just up from the park and ride, and get taxis back and forward from the pubs/restaurants. It genuinely is a nice place, from the south west always take the Wales route right the way up, tell Mrs Rat it's the quickest of course.....cough........cough 👍 Big Rat
