Hi all! Just wondering if there is anyone out there that have "smoked" theyr rear lights? I smoked my head lights, is it the same way to do it? just take them off, take off the glass and paint the chrome black? And what are my options? I know that the newer ones come with smoked lights, but they said at my dealer that they did'nt fit my car (2000 mod.) Any opinions??

i'm only 21 myself and I can tell you that it's pure jealousy! I come from a pretty welthy family but i have NEVER gotten a cent more than the ones i work for and everyone around here that don't know me think i'm a spoiled brat! I just don't give a :tsktsk: about them... it actually gives me confirmation that they like my car... and here in norway there i veeeery few Lexuses (only 389 IS200\sold to date, not one 300) so to be 21 and have such a car creates envy! ENJOY!!! :D

for me it was the wide front of the car, the rear lights, general great looks and the speedometer! (and japanese quality) I fell in love with the speedometer when i first got my eyes on it... B)

i know that apexi don't make the whole kits, but is it impossible to fit an apexi filter at the end if the kit? and where can i buy it... what are my alternatives?

if found the guy that did it to my precious... there was a witness that saw the whole thing... he took pictures but it does'nt help me much... even if i won in court, he won't have any money to pay me back... and for the one that said that oslo might be the drug capital of europe... Sad but probably true... near the central train station there even is a small candy shop that sells aluminnium foil and half coca-cola bottles (often used for smoking or whatever) But one good thing came out of this... For about 2 years i have gone around to my friends babbling about how much i want to buy a lexus... so everyone i know, know how much i care for my new car (got it just a month ago)... and the have started a "help money roll" and they have managed to get some decent money to help me out... since i'm only 21 years of age, it's not easy to get these kind of money fast (and i can't drive a scratched lexus!!!) and i have also gathered sympathy at a paint shop so they will repaint my WHOLE car for the same money as we agreed on for just the sides! So in a week or so my lex will be SHINY! if you ever vist olso... stay away from the trainstartion... :P
