At least the IS is starting to get the recognition it deserves in these mags. I still buy Banzai, but i stopped buying Jap Performance months ago as it was full of Evos and Scoobys. :)

i have found some websites that show live Premiership games on a Saturday. They show about 800 channels from all over the world (including all the Sky channels), and are only about £5 for a one off membership fee. Does anyone else do this?? as it sounds too good to be true. thanks Ally

This has probably been posted before, but it is a good one.... LAWYERS VS INSURANCE This is the best lawyer story of the year, decade, and probably the century. A Charlotte, NC, lawyer purchased a box of very rare and expensive cigars,: then insured them against fire among other things. Within a month having smoked his entire stockpile of these great cigars and without yet having made even his first premium payment on the policy,the lawyer filed a claim against the insurance company. In his claim, the lawyer stated the cigars were lost "in a series of small fires." The insurance company refused to pay, citing the obvious reason: that the man had consumed the cigars in the normal fashion. The lawyer sued .. and won! In delivering the ruling, the judge agreed with the insurance company that the claim was frivolous. The Judge stated, nevertheless, that the lawyer held a policy from the company in which it had warranted that the cigars were insurable and also guaranteed that it would insure them against fire,without defining what is considered to be unacceptable fire, and was obligated to pay the claim. Rather than endure lengthy and costly appeal process, the insurance company accepted the ruling and paid $15,000 to the lawyer for his loss of the rare cigars lost in the "fires." NOW FOR THE BEST PART... After the lawyer cashed the cheque, the insurance company had him arrested on 24 counts of ARSON!!!! With his own insurance claim and testimony from the previous case being used against him, the lawyer was convicted of intentionally burning his insured property and was sentenced to 24 months in jail and a $24,000 fine. This is a true story and was the 1st place winner in the recent Criminal Lawyers Award Contest.

the car has been recovered. There is a bit of damage, but i don't want it back. Insurance company have been a right bunch of :tsktsk: . It has dragged on for 5 weeks now, and i am still in no mans land. Hopefully get it sorted in the next couple of weeks.

The insurance company are going to get it towed to their approved garage and then inspect it. After that i can go and have a look. If i do take it back i reckon i'm going to need all the locks changed as the scrotes still have the key. If i am claiming on the insurance for new locks anyway, i might as well take the money and get another car. If i don't take it back, hopefully i will be allowed to take off some extras that were on it, like my 'strap-on' :winky: , TRD grille and the Philips Blu vision bulbs that i had fitted the day before it was stolen.

Hey thats fantastic news, I know how I felt when they called me up to tell me they had found mine :D How long has it been gone for? ← Gone for nearly 4 weeks. Phoned the garage today and they reckon it is still in good condition. The insurance company posted the cheque out to me this morning as well. Some big decisions to come i think.

**UPDATE** Had a call from the police this morning to say that my car has been recovered in North Manchester. I don't know what condition it is in yet as i need to phone the garage where it is tomorrow. It was found on false plates but i don't think anyone was arrested. Should find out more tomorrow. :D

i am definately going for a Blackjax thing on my next car. Some of the websites i have been on says it is a Thatcham 1 category, so it should bring the insurance down a bit.

So it wasn't stolen to order?? They have just been driving around in it for 2 months. Are you going to sue them for damages and the injuries you got when they pinched it? I'm sure your buddies will turn a blind eye if you go in the cell with a baseball bat.

Could you put me down as a 'maybe' please. Hopefully i will have a new car by then.
