If Its any Consolation James I Can,t get it Either.. Since i Downloaded the new Lexus Link + It Dose,nt show any Trips i make but it shows Service History I Think lexus are Aware of this Problem with the NX 300h and are Working on it But Its not Coming On The FAST Boat...!!!!!

In Perspective.. There are Two Types of Car Thieves..Those who are Classed as Professionals Which means Largely your car Is OFF or The Opportunists Who Make up the Majority Of Attempts to Steal your car And if we take Basic Precautions Are Unable to...Sadly all Cars Are At Risk But lexus seem to be a Prime Target..Personally i think a Brick Built Garage with its own secure Alarm system is possibly the best way to secure your pride and joy But Alas not everybody has this facility...My Heart goes out to john in surrey And hope he gets his Beautiful car Returned in a Reasonable Condition Although I Have Grave Doubts......!!!!!

Is The chassis number Of The Lexus Different to the Vin Number And if so where do you locate the Chassis Number is it located under the bonnet lid within one of the information stickers ?

You Could possibly be Right Kevin..Dosen,t take much to Drain these Batteries..Also hope he gets the Correct Battery for the Car as it has a tube which connects to the car which monitors Battery Temperature...Local Dealership would be the best place for that information..!!!!

Tony .. The Lexus NX is also Built in One of Three plants In Ontario Canada Think Its Cambridge..!!! If Its built in Japan Your VIN number starts with a J Can,t remember of the top of my head what the letter is for Canada...!!!!

David.. You Have The most Wonderfull car But Just out of Sheer Curiosity Was Your car Built in Japan Or Canada ? This Might Have No Relevance Whatsoever But I did watch a video Recently which Suggested that Lexus cars built in Canada were not so Maticulously Built As Opposed to the Cars rolling of the Production line In Japan ..That of course does Not mean your car is not of the same Calibre and Distiction as any other Lexus Built Car but the video did seem to suggest that The build Was Ever so slightly Better... Another possible Point To Consider Is That when you hear A Crackle or Creak Coming from Your car Once your Mindset Registers This It has the Capability of Making us Concentrate on this Noise and then Everytime you switch on the vehicle Your first Thought is to Focus entirely on what you expect to Hear.. In Effect The car Takes over your Rational way of Thinking..I Have done this myself in the past as i,m sure lots of L.O.C. members have too...Try What Social Scientists call Systematic Scepticism I.e. ( Making yourself A Stranger in a world That is Familiar to You )..Or On Another Pretext Walking in to your Home as if its the First Time as a Stranger and see How your perception Changes.. I Could be entirely Wrong on both counts david And this is my opinion Only But I hope that possibly Gives a little Scientific Thought to the Problem .......

Get a Noco Battery Jump start Unit..What you NEED for this very Situation..You won,t need to call out the AA Because this little piece of Kit Will start your car ..Would,nt leave home Without One I Have the Noco 40 GB.....GET ONE..!!! Check that you haven,t got something switched on that will drain your battery Ie Dashcam OTA Updates etc.. Battery should not deplete within that short space of time 12 days...Could also be a Defective Battery. Garage can check that out for you...Hope that helps..!!!

Personally.. I Think sport is Really Fast Alistair I see a big difference In this Mode.. Car is Much Faster and More Responsive..!! use this a lot when Overtaking......!!!

If You Engage The Hold lock and don,t Disengage it before moving off The minute you apply pressure on the accelerator The Brake hold automatically dis-Engages... At Least that is My Experience..!!!

A&E Would probably Re-cycle It..!!!!!!!

I Can Understand your Anger and frustration John...Have you contacted them by phone and told them that the Penalty Notice was delivered 15 days after the charge was initiated and see what they say....They will probably blame it on the seasonal mail.....But They surely must take that in to consideration on the penalty notice...If you google this problem there is a website that gives you advice on what action you can take....But personally John If you can get it back to £60 i would just Pay it and get RID of the problem..For the Vast Majority of people in this situation all it does is upset you even more and cause nothing but Hassle....Another example of Rip Of Britain... Also try to avoid parking in these forlorn car parks They are like SPIDERS WEBS I Too Got Caught entering Breich ..You Will Know it... doing 38mph in a 30mph zone Was Fined £100 And 3 Penalty points.....Hope that helps... Not As Far As I Am Aware..........Roadside assistance However will have to be paid Though BUT Depending on what kind of Bank Account you have you might get Free Breakdown cover which incidentally is covered by the AA As Was Your lexus Roadside Assist for the first Two Years.....Hope that helps ps... If you are not covered i think its around £135 for 1 Year Through lexus..
