My passenger headlight seems to be higher than the driver side. Seen a post of how to adjust it, but can anyone tell me 1) Which way to turn to adjust it downwards. Don't want to spend ages adjusting it the wrong way. 2) Which one should i adjust, i.e. is there a simple test to see if my headlight is the correct height. Not sure if my passenger side is too high, or my driver side is too low. Thanks.

Anyone know if an is200 armrest from a 2003 model can be fitted on to a 2000 model?

Does this mean the thin lip spoiler will be appearing in the "For Sale" forum on on ebay? Mike IS200 Sport (import without spoiler) ← lol.... Don't know yet, but it seems a lot of hassle to get myself a nice spoiler, esp. if the damn thing is bonded on!!! Don't want to make the car look like a right mess.

Cheers, I think i just get one without a brake light. Someone said the spoiler was actually glued on or something to that effect, aswell as bolted on. Is this true?

Has anyone removed the is200 sport spoiler and replaced it with an after market one? I know it leaves holes etc (3 i think) but these can surely be filled in right? is there anything else that might prevent me from doing this, or is it just too much hassle to carry out this mod. on the is200 sport. Thanks

Umm... it all depends on what you have. Im no expert maybe someone can confirm if the following is true. S is a basic model and I don't think you get 8 speakers. SE and Sport models come with the amp and 8 speakers, basically its meant to be an all round system. I have a sport, and its a bit of a hassle to change my standard unit becuase I have to get a new rear speakers and new speaker cable, something about the speakers and amp are not standard. But as mentioned above, I don't think the S has any of issues. but once again, you should check the ICE forum.

U have the S model I assume, so U dont have an oem amp.

I'm gutted for you mate.. sorry to hear what happened. Don't know what this World is coming to. Can't even go out in daylight these days without a chance of getting robbed. I was jumped by 8 kids in Brixton (London) once, just because I was had a Phones4u bag. However, it is very surreal when it does happen, and I ended up holding on and getting dragged on the floor for 10m or so. Ended up with split lip, grazed hand and bruised. Even though the bag didnt have a phone in it, you do seem to do whats right at the time to protect ur property. I can't even imagine or compare what you went through. It is a sad state of affairs when these things happen and even worse wen there is a similar story everyday in the newspaper.....really is sad. Hope u have a speedy recovery.

Did you have the styling kit from new? I think if you order from lexus these days, u get a choice whether the bumper comes with holes for washers of not. I got my bumper from ebay for cheap, brand new, but missing a few screws and the badge, which i prefer anyway. The bumper, spray and fitting, all cost me 375, bit of a bargain :)

No fixings come with it, just the grill, but I think, its just a matter of using the existing bolts on the original grill, so its a straight swap. Someone correct me if im wrong. The grill came with the car when i bought it, so i didnt fix it on myself. But i know the previous owner only just bought it.

umm.. well it seems a lot more hassle than originally thought. Bolted on aswell as bonded!!! Not sure what I'm going to do. :(

Just had my 1st mod done, now thinking of changing the spoiler. The only thing is I got a Sport, so not sure what the issues are with the current spoiler. If you take the current one off, does it leave some holes? If is it easy to repair? or do I need to get myself a SE bood lid? Wouldnt mind a high read end spoiler. :)

I just put the grill up on ebay, takes a little while before it appears, give it 30mins or so. Its silver.

By the way i left the washers off becuase it was too much hassle to do. I'm not too bothered anyway.. likes nice either way :) By the way, does anyone know where I can get the blanking plate for the headlamp washer switch, or do I have to go to lexus? Is it easy to fit?
