i would like to thank every one that helped me with the car...from selling me bits/collecting bits to giving me advice and helping with wiring issues that were my fault..lol.

and most of all i need to thank the wife.....not a lot of wifes would let their husbands spend the amount i've spent on the lex just lucky i have a wife who understands plus it makes up for the lack of love life due to her shifts.....:lol:

well got my roll bars on fri and fitted them after work on sat..:wink:took me 20mins to do the front and rear bars..

drove home and all i can say is wow the whole car feels planted and stiffer and their is no body roll now when cornering and changes direction a hell of a lot better ie changes lanes better at speed..but the cornering speeds has really knocked me for six.i didn't know the is200 could handle like a hot hatch!!!!!!!

could be wrong but i have been told the yellow ones were the stiffest of the trd ones available their wasn't a lot of them made as they were too stiff for peoples liking.

so i've been told..

i had that exact voltage stabiliser (10 pounds brand new from ebay 3 years ago!) in my old R reg mazda, because the idle was not stable after induction kit had been installed. i would say it only works on old cars with dodgy old wires, but like you said nice blue box to add into the engine bay anyway!

Did you like the packaging mate? Hehe, I couldn't find anything suitable to use to put them in! Decided the foam from a sprinter steering rack should do it, along with tons of duct tape and electrical tape!

Glad you got them and fitted over the weekend. Car is a different beast all together isn't it! Like I say, just be careful with the back end being that much stiffer, don't want it to end up like mine!

Mark.

Love this car to be fair ormi.

I can get TRD anti roll bars through a local jap specialist but havent done it as i wondered if it was worth spending nearly £500 on them after import tax. What do you think?
