Aircon Reset

I have a strange problem with my 2012 GS250 that even Lexus has not been able to fix

Every morning when I start my car, the airconditioning resets itself and the memory of how it was left the night earlier is lost. This does not happen if I start the car in a couple of hours, but more so when its left over night.

I generally keep the Temp set at 18, the Vents closed and the AC button as on, just click on the fan button and that switches on the AC is the same settings

but in the morning

The AC button is off

Vents are open

Temp is 25

Please help, like I said, Lexus them selves dont know whats wrong
