Optional Extras For Lexus 400H

Recommended Posts

I now have a nice black rx400h Se-L and its by far the best car ive ever owned.

Now i understand that this model is fully loaded, but im wondering if there where any other extras you can buy or have fitted? Ive looked for paper work but cant find any.

I know my Supra had a list of extras ranging from watches to bike racks!

I'm sure I'm not the only person who's ever wondered what the blank switch near the fuel filler button is for...

Itll be for an option we dont get in the UK. Probably some sort of American only option

Yep, it is for an inverter 115v output socket (cigarette lighter style plug) - from what I can tell is for the U.S. Market only.

It can't deliver many Watts of output so not quite sure what they use it for?

Maybe hooking up a heated gun rack or run a low powered microwave to heat snacks up on the move?

Placement seems awkward as anything plugged in would have the cable dragged all over the driver to wherever the gadget was!!

For a UK equivalent, it would have to output 220-240v - would this be a useful feature for anyone? What would you use it for?

Chris.
