No issues.......until now!

Hi all, I joined the forum in January and so far haven't had to post for any "real advice"........ Until now, car is going in for 1st mot this week, no issues there I don't think, it will be due a service (22k) soon and recently I have found the sat nav phone screen is very slow to respond, when I and calling someone and press end to doesn't stop the call, it just stays live, also that sat nav is slow to respond to turns etc.  Is there an update or anything that can be done with this???

Is it going to a Lexus dealer for a service - worth asking them?

It's going to my local Toyota dealer as the Lexus one is in Cardiff, I'll ask them to look at it!

If having service at Toyota they will not be able to do the hybrid health check plus if you have extended warranty it is a condition to use Lexus service. I used my local Toyota dealer whilst in manufacturers warranty as I know them very well.

I see you location is Somerset so why Cardiff? I use them as they are nearest but would have thought Bristol is nearest for you.

My in laws live there so it was easy to pop in while we were over seeing them, I did like the service when I bought the car so might go back.
