well Mr N30.. its like this..for the instrument cluster pictured i used off the shelf 4 LED cluster wedge type direct replacements, there are 3 large types and 2 smaller types, removal off the cluster is really simple.

however,, as you can see the needles are not lit, they are brighter in real life. which is why i have got some better, brighter and badder LED's coming my way in about a weeks time or so. this will do the job perfectly and will also allow me to finish off the A/C Panel and switches.

Double however, if you are planning to go white onthe cluster i would suggest simply removing the orange rubber 'condom' that is fitted to the original bulbs.

the problem with using another colour is the light spread, LED's have a narrow viewing angle and so the light pickup points on the back of the cluster do not 'pick' up the light.

in any case folks, the kits will soon be available to all..and if it works out, i can probally offer a few differing colours for the instrument cluster..
