Media controller malfunction in 2019 RX 450h

Hello,

I have recently purchased RX 450h 2019 model. I have asked my dealer to fit it with apple Carplay since this model is the last one without that function. 
Ocassionaly, right after starting the engine media controller does not work properly. I can push it down confirming whatever is highlighted on the screen but I can not change the cursor’s position. The jog seems to float more freely without doing anything on the screen. I have to stop the engine, lock the car, unlock it again, restart engine which often restores its proper function.

Has anyone experience this problem? I am looking forward to hearing your opinion.
