Navigation sd card

Hi, so I’ve just got my first Lexus however it says I need a navigation card for me to access maps. Obviously I have googled this but unsure on some of these as don’t want to buy off eBay and it not work. If anyone could help in giving a link etc that would be fantastic, thank you.

I assume you are missing the SD card rather than it not working?

This is the official place to get map updates, although it will probably ask you for the number printed on your existing card which isn't going to be much use.

Otherwise you Lexus dealer, but these maps are expensive.

First question I would ask - where did you get the car from and was it advertised as such (i.e. that sat-nav does not work because card is missing), because if it is dealership or any trader (that being not private person) then they have to make it right. So my first step would be to go back to seller and ask them to solve it, before spending any money to fix it yourself.
