Remote Starting on RX450h - is it available on the UK model

How do I remote start my RX450h 2021 model. I have recently bought this car having moved over from a Jaguar F Pace. On the Jag I was able to start the car "from the kitchen table" and the car would be all defrosted and warmed up 10 minutes later when I went to use it. Can I do something similiar with th Lexus RX450h on the UK model. You Tube videos suggest I can but they are mostly non UK dealer videos which possibly relate to older models. Anybody know if I can pleas.

Roger, was the Jag in the Garage or parked on your drive when you started it remotely ?
