default to android auto

Hi, is there a way to default to start android auto when you plug in the phone? I seem to always have to hit menu the android auto before I see it on the screen. Setting preferred in settings doesn't seem to do anything either.

Are you referring to the settings within the car's Infotainment system? If so then I would suggest that you check the settings for Android Auto (AA) on your phone (you can find these somewhere under the phone's general settings). In these AA settings you will find an option entitled "Start Android Auto automatically". If you want AA to start every time you plug in the phone, ensure that this option is set to "Always".

If this option is already set then I'm not sure what the problem might be - sorry.
