Can anyone advise how to stop adverts popping up on this site when I view it on my android phone? It is only this site that does it, it's got that bad I can't read anything and impossible to write anything.

I found that the Duckduckgo browser app stopped a lot of adverts. Also try Chrome's "incognito" function.

I had a similar problem dabout a year ago.As far as I remember,I had inadvertently touched the blue "privacy" button on the right hand edge of the screen about just over an inch up from the bottom RH corner.I can't remember offhand how I got back again.--try touching or touch and hold that part of the screen,or menu..3 vertical dots in grey top band of the scree.
