and if they're similar to my old Ls400 then they can be simply changed in appropriate dimension COPPER TUBE too when they need replacing !

I know that the Lexus specified part was a couple of hundred ££££ BUT copper tube was fine with mine ...  and pennies

Sounds like it, cannot see that the metal pipes are leaking, possible leaking from one of the two rubber connection pipes, either way, I think that the only way to access the pipes/connectors is to remove the radiator or the front bumper/spoiler...think I'll try removing the bumper first..🤔
