Hello

Does anyone else have missing interior options on their order tracking information?

Ordered my new ES and looking forward to receiving it asap.

However, the tracking information for my order on the Lexus website remains only as "processing" for around two weeks now.

I've noticed in the vehicle details that while the colour option is shown, the interior option is not shown, but there is another comment "translation missing".

Does anyone have the same, is it normal?

It was only a few weeks ago another member having waited months for his new Lexus with white seats specified on the order received the car with black seats!
I would contact your dealer without delay.

Yes, I feel like it's a potential inputting error!

Just wondering if anyone else's online tracking doesn't show interior colour choice?
