After a bit of fiddling around in the settings I did manage to find out how to change them, but much like the app, I find it more of a gimmick than anything else. I've just stuck mine onto 'bamboo' as that goes well with the interior/exterior combination and that's likely what it'll stay at during my ownership. 

It has a tinge of light green about it. That'll do for me...

Same setting here, a welcome change to a "simple" white LED ambiance lighting I used to have in my VW. 
Lexus kept it subtle and it has to be quit dark to be really seen
