    Yes, it can. Don't know the settings top off my head.

    Must add, I don't bother with it, even though l/100km makes so much more sense to me.

    Learn how to multiply by 1.6 in your head.

    In techstream you can change all the stats from miles to km, even some weird ones like kilometres/litre for fuel consumption.
