My Faithful old IS200SE

There is an old saying "If it 'aint broke don't fix it".........well if that's true it's going to be a long time before I make some modifications to my faithful IS200SE.

I have owned the car from new since April 99 and it has covered 90K miles without a problem, but since reading about some of the things you guys have done, it has left me hungry to make some changes.

Can someone recommend how I should go about lowering the suspension?, do I need springs and shocks?, if so what's best within a reasonable budget?.

Do I need to uprate the anti roll bar?

Also I may change the exhaust at the same time, any recommendations for a "deep rumble"?

As a new member this is my first post and I apologise in advance if the topic had been covered elsewhere.

ButlerBoy,

Welcome to the club!

The only major mod I've done to my 1999 SE is recently changed the exhaust to a PECO BB4 exhaust and I love the new note.

I'm sure others would come along and give their advise.

In the meantime, you could use the search button in the menu above to search for other threads that might have covered this.
