Got a new head unit waiting to be fitted so Where can i get a fascia plate from? I know Toyota makes one

here is a pic on someones Altezza:

I believe this is a Toyota part. So can i buy from any toyota/lexus car dealer? I think this looks better than the Autolead version. So preferably a Toyota one i want if not then Autolead it is.
