sp was using the net last night and for some reason the open mozy browser decided to ask me to open another browser (opposed to the default setting)

now this brower is the only one i cna open and all my bookmarks have gone and all my passwrds for various sites i now have to re enter and i cant get rid of the thinh.

also whilst im here, IE does nto work anymore, and i cant even get to msn hotmail via the link in msn messenger (although it happily tells me of new mail) if i click the link a blank IE window appears with an error..

Ive had that happen too, it happens when firefox crashes and when you open a new firefox browser it starts a whole new fresh setup of firefox, you need to either reboot or manually close firefox from the processes in task manager and its all back to normal, but i have never actually said yes to allowing it to start a fresh config for it so im not sure if it overwrites your original settings if you do.

PS new fixed version is out now check to see if you have a red arrow in the top right hand corner of the browser

You definatley need to run Hijack this. You might have some dodgy registry settings. Also be aware that when your typing in your passwords it's a genuine site...
