Front Brake Conversions

Im trying to find if there are any replacement front calipers available for the IS200. I can find plenty of conversions if I opt for the larger discs, but I dont need larger discs.

Basically, I want a set that will either fit directly, or with a convertor plate, and utilise the standard replacement DBA discs.

Any ideas anyone??

Alex (jdmparts_guru) had some setups : Supra calipers, LS calipers ...

i heard that the LS400/ UCF20 4-pot calipers will fit the stock IS/GS rotors.

However, depending on your existing rims you may need spacers.

forgive my ignorance...but are those LS calipers a direct bolt on? i dont imagine they are.

You need some additional brackets ... but it can be done.

hmmm...sounds like an upgrade i might be interested in later on.

i would do the supra swap but increasing unsprung weight isnt what i would like to do.

The ls calipers and a set of 2 piece stock sized rotors would be just what the doctor ordered
