OK, chain of event: woke up this morning came out to my car (which has a 3 week old battery) only to find it is completly dead, no lights, no steering wheel motion, nothing. So i put my trickle charger on it, come out in 20 min, says its full (which isnt possible) and it starts right up. Sounds to be running weird, but i am not sure. Weirdest thing of al is, i have lost all 3 instrument pannels, rpm wont move, no backlight, no nothing. Any ideas what this sounds like?

Hi,

Id try checking all the fuses,i had a car,not a Lexus which had a blown fuse,it wasnt a major fuse,so the engine ran fine,it had a digital Dash and the display wasnt normal, digits lit up all wrong, changed the fuse and all was ok.

When the alternator wasnt charging that also made the dash display funny.

I hope its that simple for you, interested to know the problem when you get it sorted.

Cheers chips.
